Our mission is to produce in France sub-millimetre energy storage components (micro-batteries and micro-capacitors) of extreme density to meet the challenges of energy autonomy for miniature sensors and more particularly for implantable intelligent medical devices, where the need for miniaturisation is crucial.
Our technology is based on the assembly of materials selected to eliminate the risks of toxicity, flammability and explosion (all-solid, rechargeable battery technology) on a 3-dimensional Silicon architecture. This life-like architecture enables us to achieve very significant gains in energy density, with the aim of reaching 10mWh/cm². We are using microelectronics manufacturing techniques that allow for design versatility and large-scale production of our components (several tens of thousands of units at a time). Our aim is to set up an industrial site in Hauts-de-France after our pre-industrial phase (by 2027).
