CforC’s main goal is to respond to the difficulties of recruitment in the field of personal services by attracting young people to the healthy ageing sector, training them and providing employment tips.

The objectives are:

• provide a tool (escape game) to raise awareness to the profession of elderly care and healthy ageing;
• offer training to young people to prepare them to a career in healthy ageing;
• develop a best practice booklet as a resource for career design and VET providers.
